Eligibility Connect
Most of the major carriers provide Electronic Eligibility through ClaimX-distributed by EC&EC, a Dental Systems Company. This includes but is not limited to Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, United Concordia, United Healthcare, etc, *Many carriers will release a summary of the plan benefits. Some of them will also provide the amount of deductible met and/or maximum used to date. A few carriers only provide a confirmation of coverage and the patient’s effective date. Our “Interface Eligibility” is available for offices with Dentrix, EZ Dental, Softdent, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and Practice Works.
Pricing Structure: ‘Real Time’ Patient Eligibility is free for clients of Insurance Answers Plus (IAPlus). Otherwise Eligibility is $24.95 per month in conjunction with our E–Claims service or $34.95 for Eligibility without our E–Claims service
